Posted it a little later than usual, but last night I didn’t had the energy to finish it. And since it’s my day off today, I could easily finish it today.
And as a bonus, I’ve added some colors to it. Still want to do a comic in full color, but never seem to have the time. So this is just a little experiment, with some colors and some grey tones in the mix.

Had a couple of ideas for todays comic. Eventually thought this was the best one – and even for this one I had about 2-3 different setups. After some collaboration with my cousin, we came to this setup. Simple and clear.
In case people wonder, this comic is the revival of the chessboard from the first Mojo comic.
And I still wonder: will they ever learn how to play chess?

I really had fun drawing this comic. I notice the more I draw Ben and Mojo, the easier it gets and the more fun I have while doing it.
This comic is also the first where I made a screw up with my file management. I have overwritten the source of the previous comic (with the helicopter). Which really sucks, because I want to keep the source for future reference (of course).

And a big one. Really enjoyed drawing this comic. Even thought about doing it in full color, but didn’t had the time to work that out. So maybe some other day. For now, enjoy and let me know what you think of it.

This really sets the record for me. I drew this one in 3 hours. It usually takes me more like 5 to 6 hours to draw a comic. And I haven’t even rushed it. It just went pretty smooth and easy. And I’m pretty happy with the result too.

And then there was a plant. Taddaaa! I had him in my mind, even before Ben was there. But somehow I first needed Ben and now finally I was able to slide the plant in the story. It’s funny how every time I wanted to introduce him, I thought of 1-2 jokes I needed to do before… because otherwise I couldn’t let the fish be annoying or eat the fish. The fish-storyline needed to be finished before I could get rid of them. So sorry for the delay, but the plant has arrived
I really love Mojo in the second frame. He’s a little bit different, but yeah… I just keep playing and tweaking. Sometimes I like the result, sometimes I don’t.

And there they are again… the fish – annoying little bastards 
I love to let them be annoying… it’s fun to hear the little squeeky voices in my head… and we also see a little of Ben at work. What kind of work would he do? Will we ever know? Time will tell.
And did we know Mojo was this evil? OMG… but yeah, the fish are very annoying 
I had a lot of fun drawing this comic. Especially because I used an other sketching method, which turned out quite nice – especially for Ben’s body I think. Also like Mojo’s facial expression in the second frame…

I wanted to do another comic based on current hypes. But I expected all the other comics to make jokes about the iPad as well… so than this comic almost wrote itself. And the funny thing is, I have a few comics which I try to do every time and then some other ‘urgent’ subject comes along. So the comics I had in my mind, are still postponed.
So next time, the fishes get more attention.

Sorry guys. But the last couple of days were busy as hell. So I didn’t had time to prepare the comic for tomorrow. I wanted to do it quickly tonight, but I don’t want to disappoint you all with some crappy comic. So I will have it tomorrow (Thursday) evening.
