It’s the thought, not the amount spent.

Or at least that’s what some people say.

That’s always what people say who give the presents. The guy on the receiving end would probably rather have it the other way around: “it’s the amount spent, not the thought’ 😛

Yeah, me too! I know I once got one from the library and ‘played’ it. But that was years and years ago. Never saw one ever since – guess it’s just something ancient from our childhood 😉

I love the cashier! I’ll bet he’s read a comic or two!

Well… guess since he’s working in a comic book store, he must have read at least a couple of comics. Otherwise he’s just a lousy comic book store employee 🙂

I hope Merv likes adventure, otherwise the book would be a wash!

I think Merv is really into the adventure stuff. They played a role playing game before (a year ago). But we’ll see 😉

I remember those books. I think they tried to bring them back a few years ago back in the US. I don’t know how well they do in the internet age though.

Guess people aren’t used to books like this anymore. Nowadays people can just as easy just start a game and make it all happen for them 😀

Bring forth the (regular, pre-owned) ADVENTURE!
